These policies summarize how Le Fling accounts are approved, serviced, and enforced. They work together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Cancellations
1) Eligibility and KYC Policy
- Members must be 18+ and pass identity verification before first fulfillment.
- We may require government-issued photo ID, phone verification, and payment verification.
- Accounts that fail verification can be declined or closed at any time.
- One account per person unless explicitly approved in writing.
2) Billing and Payment Authorization Policy
- Recurring memberships bill monthly in advance by tier.
- Payment method must remain valid and authorized at all times.
- Failed charges may trigger account pause and fulfillment hold.
- Outstanding balances can be collected using available payment methods on file.
3) Swap and Return Window Policy
- Each subscription includes one swap per month unless your tier states otherwise.
- Additional swaps may be offered for a fee and subject to inventory.
- Returns must be shipped within required windows shown in your account.
- Repeated late returns or policy abuse can result in account pause or closure.
4) Damage, Repair, and Deductible Policy
- Normal wear is expected and covered under standard care guidelines.
- Significant damage (missing stones, bent settings, broken clasps, altered metal) may trigger deductible and repair or replacement charges.
- Intentional damage, tampering, unauthorized alterations, or gross negligence may be charged at full replacement value to the extent permitted by law.
5) Loss, Theft, and Non-Return Policy
- Lost or stolen items must be reported immediately.
- Police report requirements and claim windows apply for theft claims.
- Items not returned within required timelines may be charged up to full replacement value, to the extent permitted by law.
6) Fraud and Enforcement Policy
- Prohibited behavior includes identity fraud, chargeback abuse, returning counterfeit items, resale or pawning of rented pieces, and false theft reporting.
- We may suspend/terminate accounts, block future service, and pursue civil collection remedies.
- Suspected criminal activity may be referred to law enforcement.
7) Shipping and Insurance Policy
- Shipments are insured in transit according to carrier and policy terms.
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value packages.
- Delivery exceptions must be reported promptly for investigation.
8) Cancellation and Account Closure Policy
- Subscription minimums and cancellation notice periods are defined in your tier and Terms.
- All outstanding pieces and balances must be resolved before account closure is final.
- Policy violations can result in immediate closure regardless of membership term.
